  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (about 60g), softened
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped (optional)
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt for garlic herb butter

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry thoroughly with paper towels to ensure crisp skin. (5 minutes)
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss chicken in olive oil, then rub the seasoning mixture evenly over and under the skin. (5 minutes)
